About Mange Tout

Mange Tout is a calm, modern restaurant on the Visserskaai, run by Lieva, who looks after the wine, and Peter, who leads the kitchen. They work with artisanal and sustainably sourced produce, and North Sea fish and shellfish are at the heart of the menu, which follows the seasons.

Recent dishes include sea trout with tiger’s milk, sea bass with razor clams, langoustines with bisque, and turbot with mussels and saffron. On weekdays there is a good-value lunch menu; otherwise you choose a tasting menu of three, four or five courses, served to the whole table, with an all-in option that includes an aperitif and matching wines. On Saturday evening only the five-course menu is available.

There is a terrace on the quay in good weather, and the restaurant describes itself as wheelchair-friendly. Mange Tout is rated 13/20 by Gault&Millau (2026). Book by phone or email, and mention any allergies when you reserve.

Mange Tout took part in the 2026 edition of Ostendaise: North Sea Food Fest, the free summer food festival on the Zeeheldenplein, with its festival dish, Vlaswijting Comté.
