Add your business or event in Ostend — free
Tell visitors about your place to stay, restaurant, café or attraction, or about an event you are organising in Ostend. Adding it to Ostend City Guide is free. We review every submission before it goes live, so the guide stays accurate and useful.
English only: Ostend City Guide is written for English-speaking visitors, so we only accept submissions in English. Listings and events submitted in Dutch, French or another language are not published.
How it works
- Create a free account and confirm your email address.
- Choose what you want to add and fill in the form: description, address, dates or opening hours, contact details and photos.
- We review your submission and publish it, or contact you if something is missing. You can update it later from your account; changes are reviewed too.

What we need from you
- A description in English (we do not accept other languages), written for visitors: at least 120 words for a business, at least 50 words for an event. Please do not copy text from other websites.
- The exact address and a pin on the map.
- For a business: your website (https) and, if you like, a phone number and email address. For an event: the dates and times, and a ticket link if there is one.
- At least one photo you own or have permission to use, ideally 1600 pixels wide or more, with a short description of what it shows.
- Accurate opening hours and accessibility information, if they apply.
We only use your account details to manage your listing and to contact you about it. The details you enter for the listing (address, phone, website, public email) are shown on the guide.
