Penthouse 14

Penthouse 14 is a private wellness suite for two on the fourteenth floor of a tower on the Hendrik Baelskaai, about 50 metres above the east bank of Ostend’s harbour. The whole floor is yours for the session, with views over the fishing docks, the city and the North Sea.

It is built for design lovers. The centrepiece is a pair of carbon-fibre Hamaca hanging baths by the British studio Splinterworks, set in front of floor-to-ceiling windows. There is a Finnish panoramic sauna by Klafs in Canadian hemlock with light therapy, a sanarium (a gentler, more humid sauna) with an aroma cup, experience showers, a cold outdoor design shower and a terrace with a heated cocoon corner. A relaxation room and a Sonos sound system complete the suite.

The daytime formula gives you three hours from 13:30 to 16:30. You can also book the suite overnight, with unlimited wellness from 18:00 until check-out the next morning. Bathrobes, bath linen, toiletries, a hairdryer, coffee, tea and water are included. Guests must be 16 or over, pets are not allowed, and you cannot bring your own food or drink.
