Touché

Touché is a small massage and beauty studio on the Hendrik Serruyslaan, a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Ostend. It is run by Vicky Vanneste, who spent more than twenty years in sales and tourism before retraining in beauty and massage in 2015. Her motto is painted in gold on the wall: “We touch. We feel. We heal.”

Massage is the core of the studio, with a holistic approach that works on both muscles and meridians. The menu is clear and fairly priced: an anti-stress body massage, a full-body hot stone massage, a sports massage and a deep tissue or trigger point massage for tight muscles, in sessions of 30 to 60 minutes. Most massages can also be booked as a duo. You can add fifteen minutes in an infrared cabin beforehand to warm up the muscles.

On the beauty side, there is an energising Japanese facial massage, facials with Bloomea and body care with natural products from Panier des Sens. The treatment room is bright and uncluttered, with plants by the window. Booking is online, and the studio is closed on Wednesday and Sunday.
